TRUE STRENGTH FITNESS AT HIFI

HiFi Fitness is a 30,000 square-foot state-of-the-art personal training facility located in Chicago's River North neighborhood. The space is dedicated EXCLUSIVELY to personal trainers and their individual clients. Working in this facility allows clients to focus on their workout without all of the typical health club distractions. The facility includes an array of cardio machines, traditional free-weights, a full complement of weight machines, kettlebells, TRX trainers, sledgehammers, tires, battling ropes, Pilates Reformer equipment, olympic-style plates, sleds, multiple heavy-bags, balance and stability equipment and ample-space for athletic drills and activities. In addition there are full-sized locker rooms with showers and free towels. There is discounted parking is available in a private adjacent lot as well as ample paid street parking.
